The Ops Builder -- Build Your Business Foundations GOLD PROGRAM PURCHASE AGREEMENT
By purchasing Build Your Business Foundations SILVER Program (“Program”) from The Ops Builder (“Company”), You (“You” or “Your”) agree to the following terms of this Purchase Agreement (“Agreement)”:

SERVICES. Company agrees to provide you with the following:
9 Accelerator modules with real-business implementation exercises
One year of access to the training materials for you + your team
Six months of support + accountability
Live Q+A calls w/ Ange where she answers your questions about the modules and implementation of the material.
Access to the group Slack Community full of other entrepreneurs who are Clockworking their business right alongside you

We reserve the right to change the program structure as needed at any time

And You agree to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this Agreement.

TERM. 1 year for module access and 6 months of live support. Should you choose to continue with another 6 months of support, the rate will change at that time.

PAYMENT; CANCELLATION; REFUNDS; DEFERMENT. No refunds or cancellations will be granted. Payment shall be made using Paypal or Thrivecart, a merchant account, and will reflect the amount minus any admin fees. No refunds or payment plan cancellations will be issued after the purchase of the Program due to the nature of the in-person agreement and material. By accessing and purchasing the Program through the merchant account, You are also agreeing to be bound by its terms.

For payment plans:
These are NOT subscriptions which you can request to cancel at any time. Your first payment will be processed immediately, and then your credit card payment will continue to be charged on the same day each month until your balance is paid in full.
In the event of a failed payment, you will receive a new email notification asking you to update your payment information. Failure to reply in 2 business days will result in your access being suspended to the Program. If it is a matter of updating your credit card information for a new card, we will work with you for a timely manner.

OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Clockwork and its branding are protected by copyright, trademark, and other U.S. and foreign laws. This Agreement and Your purchase of Build Your Business Foundations (Program) do not give you any rights, title or interest in the Company content, templates, or Company trademarks, logos and other brand features except the limited personal use license granted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

NON-DISCLOSURE OF COMPANY MATERIALS. These materials are proprietary, copyrighted and developed specifically by Run Like Clockwork. You agree that such proprietary material is solely for Your own personal use. Any disclosure to a third party is strictly prohibited. These materials are for Your individual use only and You are granted as a single-user license. No license to sell or distribute Company’s materials is granted or implied. You are not authorized to sell, market or train Clockwork.
Further, by signing below, You agree that if You violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of the agreements contained in this paragraph, Run Like Clockwork will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations.

DISCLAIMER. The Program and the information contained within the Program have been made available to You for use and informational purposes but do not constitute legal or medical advice. Company expressly disclaims all liability in respect of actions taken or not taken based on information provided to You by Company.

TERMINATION OF PARTNER STATUS. Should my status as a Clockwork Certified Partner change at any point you will be removed from The Clockwork System™ course and platform.

By allowing us to send you emails, you will be able to receive emails about upcoming call reminders, call recording information, and any other Program updates that will be pertinent to your participation.
